closing ports

can anyone tell me how to close an open port ?

Stop the service it's listening on. Or, if you're worried about unwanted
access to your computer from the Internet and you aren't on a network you
need file sharing access with/from/to, enable your firewall and it will
block access.

That is always the wrong question to ask.

You should configure a firewall to block all ports, then open only the ones
you need. The same applies to host firewalls running on a computer.
