For some unknown reason, when I put a photo card in the
side of my printer and request that it save pictures to
the computer, the printer gives me a message that it
cannot connect to the pc. However, I don't have any
problems printing the pictures directly from the card and
also I can print anything else, so the printer is
connected. Am I missing a file? It worked quite well
until about 3 mths ago, don't know what happened. HELP!
