I am having a problem downloading the file to create the 6
set up disks I need to reinstall Windows XP Professional
on my home computer. My hard drive crashed either due to
the blaster worm, or due to a problem with my hard drive.
I can’t get seem to find a way to get any answers directly
from Microsoft without providing my Product# or paying a
fee. Since I am at work, and this is for my home
computer, I do not have that information with me. I am
hoping someone here can answer my basic question.
When I try to download the file to create the set up
disks, I get an error message that states – Unable to open
internet site – Requested site either unavailable or
cannot be found. Please try again later. I have been
getting this message for two days. Can anyone tell me why
this may be happening? Thanks a lot!
