XP Pro Shutdown Screen

I am running XP Pro w/Sp1a on two different computers and the two shutdown
screens are different. One computer has the standard 3 button shutdown
choice screen (TurnOff, Restart, Standby), and the other has a shutdown
choice screen with a selection box with a drop down menu selection window
(TurnOff, Restart, Standby). Both computers are using the "Classic"
presentation.

I don't recall making any changes to the shutdown selection. How do I
change back to the standard 3 button selection screen?
