Hello,
I have Windows XP on my Toshiba Satellite. The problem
that I have which just started today is that I am unable
to open a new window. I would press on the internet
explorer icon for another window but it would just use
the current browser. I'm unable to open more than one
window. Someone please help.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options | Advanced tab |
UNCheck:
Reuse windows for launching shortcuts
[[Specifies that when you click a Web link in an Internet-aware program,
such as Outlook Express, and there is already an Internet Explorer window
open, the Web page appears in the open browser window instead of opening a
new window.]]

Hope this helps. Let us know.
