Hi Group,

for all those of you who tried to help; a big thank you.

The problem was the simpleist of all of the of course. The Bios is up to
date and everything "appeared" okay;

EXCEPT

the jumper was on wrong.

I moved it one over and presto.

Thanks for posting back with your solution. Many new drives have a capacity
cap setting so that these drives can still be used with systems that don't
recognize large drives.
