I am trying to get back to outlook express having used
incredimail. I have cable access. Outlook express is
showing an error message What can I do or where should I
look I don't think I can import my email messages to
outlook or the address book either.

Open Internet Explorer. Choose Tools > Options. Click the Programs tab.
Select Outlook Express from the E-mail options list. If you still can't get
OE to work, you might have to reinstall it. There's info on that in the
Knowledge Base.
As far as exporting your Incredimail messages, you're out of luck there.
However, you can use File>Export>Contacts to export your address book.
