I want to block one of my three children from AOL chat
rooms. How can I set-up their computer to allow two of
the three access and block the third?

You can only do this if your children are using there own user accounts, or
the one you want blocked uses a separate account from the others. Also, you
have to make sure the children do not share or know each other's passwords
else the third child will just logon under their siblings accounts and chat
the night away.

That said, I believe AOL does this - you as an Administrator can lock out
selected accounts. Another good program I used to use was Cyberpatrol which
also limits time on the computer.
