XP firewall stopping video/audio in Messenger

Hi,

I'm running XP pro with Messenger 4.7. I cannot get the
video or audio to work without switching off the
firewall. I've entered all the ports shown here:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/allsteps.aspx?ID=16 but
it still doesn't work.

Please could you advise??
