Keyboard - wrong language.

I have reinstalled XP and now the keyboard has English /
American characters. How can I change the keyboard back to
Norwegian?

Control panel > Regional and language options

Languages > Details > Add {from here you can add Norwegian language support}

See also the "Regional options" and "Advanced" tabs under "Regional and
language options" to make any changes that may be necessary to support
Norwegian.
