Outlook Express

My outlook Express will not let me send messages out. It
keeps coming up that it cannot find the right pop3 and
SMTP. I'm not sure what to do!

Check your settings in Tools> Mail Accounts. The entries for incoming
and outgoing mail servers should be filled in with the data provided by
your ISP.
