Recently I got the problem with Sound/Voice in Player.
My RealOne Player is function normal. But MediaPlayer in no sound at all.
Meaning no matter how I change configuration of the proprieties of Volume
Control, still no voice at all. RealOne is working fine.
So I use DirectPlay Voice Setup, follow the wizard. At the end show: An
error occurred during DirectPlay Voice Setup. The error code is 0x80004005.
Windows Error says: Windows cannot execute DpvSetup.exe, use Add/Remove
Programs control panel to install.
I follow that, even put XP in CD drive as requested. After reboot (as
requested) still the same no voice.
At the end I will remove all hardware and drivers, then reinstall all again
to solve this problem.
My question is that why I got this problem, why RealOne player works and
MediaPlayer (up graded to V9)? Logically is not only of driver or setup gone
wrong. Anyone can help?
