I can't live without My Function Keys, from RegSoft. It's
shareware and you can try it for nothing. $13 if you
decide to keep it. I teach it online and use it for
phrases that I use repeatedly in grading. It's EXTREMELY
easy to use. I've been using it for 4-5 years now,
through several versions (which now haven't changed for
over 2 years because it is a completed product without
bugs as far as I can tell). I love it!

Here's a blurb about it:
My Function Keys lets your Function Keys become usefull.
It allows you to map your function keys to commonly used
text and paste that text with only 1 key. It's great for
handling EMAIL address, commonly used phrases, or a
variety of other things. Use it to store info commonly
used for filling out forms.
