access denied error on installing hardware

I am currently trying to install drivers for a hauppauge
tuner card logged on to an administrater account and keep
getting an error message saying access denied.If anyone
could help me to figure out how to correct the
problem,I'd surely appreciate it.Thx

Well ask your self this question, does XP support it yes or no and
another option would be to contatc the maker of that product and see
what their T.Support has to say about it, which would be your best
source of info
