Login with XP

Hi, My name is Can and i'm IT people, I have a question:

I have 10 PC with XP and each time user connecting to the
domain( WIN 2K -Small Business ) ,the process is very slow
( 3 mn ). My switches are very speed.
Only i have very slow opeening session.
Could you help me ?
