It doesnt seem to matter which software I use, my keyboard
acts as if it was an English keyboard. But,I bought it in
Italy and the keys are configured differently. Anyone got
any ideas?

Control panel > Regional and language options

Languages > Details > Add {from here you can add Italian language support}

See also the "Regional options" and "Advanced" tabs under "Regional and
language options" to make any changes that may be necessary to support
Italian.
