I click "all programs" at the bottom left side of the
screen. The menu comes up with all the choices for XP,
but no matter which one I select , when I click it, my
screen goes blank. I'm lost and have tried everything,
read all that I have and asked everyone that I know who
has a computer. Can you possibly answer this question?
Thanking you in advance,
Joy Smith
