win xp problems

Hello
I have ahd my pc processor replaced due to overheating
on retrun pc kept freezing and rebooting after blue
screens
have formateed hdd twice and reinstalled windows still
get random reboots and BUG CHECK
can anyone help is this hardware problem?
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x00000024 (0x001902f8, 0xf8994a5c, 0xf899475c,
0x80537729). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini060504-01.dmp.

Hi, John. Unfortunately, it does sound to me like a hardware problem.
Perhaps your motherboard is bad; perhaps it is just your RAM. If your
processor burned up, it is quite likely that there was other damage
done to the motherboard at that time. Sorry.
