FTP ERROR

I have a FTP on my site and I couldn't get in it
through "folder view", which I did enable it in "internet
options". I'm just trying to access the site and its
contents being user "Anonymous". I could do a folder view
at my work computer but not my home computer. Here is the
error that I got. Thanks in advance.

An error occurred opening that folder on the FTP Server.
Make sure you have permission to access that folder.

Details:
200 Type set to A.
200 PORT command successful.
425 Can't build data connection: Connection timed out
