Recently the help and support window has been opening up
after a fresh boot without being requested. In the
window it says "The page you have requested cannot be
found". I have XP Pro but also dual boot with Windows
Server 2003. I suspect there may be a conflict since the
problem started soon after installing server. I Would
also like to know how to uninstall the server os. Thanks

Hi Alan,

Check msconfig/startup and repair your HTML settings:

HTML Broken:

regsvr32 /u C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 C:\Winnt\System32\hhctrl.ocx

Note: C:\Windows or C:\Winnt depending on your setup.

More info here: Why doesn't Help and Support work?
