I am running Windows XP Home
I used to be able to go to Start and then Right click My
Computer and get a pop up menu then selct properties.
Now when I right click nothing happens. Any suggestions?

Hi,

See if this helps/applies in your case:

Check your settings here: Most users who face this issue can still right
click the Start button, even though they can't right click on the Start
Menu. Here is the workaround:

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize. Scroll through
the options on the Advanced tab and put the check mark back in Enable
dragging and dropping.
