Please Help,

I upgraded to Windows Messenger 5.0 on my laptop (4 computers connected through router with NAT to cable modem) and I noticed that while I thought I was online, I really was not. I upgraded my wife's desktop (on same network) and I found that messenger wo
uld drop out on her as well. When I tried to revert back to 4.7 (that was not giving trouble), I can not sign on to the .Net service (says my password is wrong or my user name is not found). I went back to 5.0 but again, the computers keep dropping off.
I have checked all my settings with no resolution to the trouble.

The only thing I can figure is that my NAT firewall is interfering with Messenger or the fact that I have two computers on the same router trying to talk is messing messenger up.

If you have any information, please let me know. I travel quite abit and I use my computer to communicate with my family over the internet. I want to make sure that I don't have a serious problem.
