Go to "Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Computer Management> Storage>
Disk Management. There, you will be able to change the drive letters. Note,
you cannot change the letter of the drive that XP is installed on without
re-formatting.

Klick on START, then on ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS, then on COMPUTER MANAGEMENT.
In the left side of the application click on DISK MANAGEMENT. On the right
hand upper window rightclick on the drive you want to change the driveletter
and psths....
You cannot change C:, since this is the system drive.
Caution: it changes the drive allright, but that does not mean that all of
the entries in the windows registry for applications will change with it.

Control Panel - Admin Tools - Computer Management, select Disk
Management and look lower right for the graphic of the drive.

R-click in a partition (other than your C:) or on a CD Drive icon and
you can 'Change Drive letter'
