user account

i'm unable to delete a user account. when following the
prescribed procedure the system locks up and i have to
reboot in order to regain control. can anyone help?

Hi

Do you see any error message when the PC locks? If not, have a look in
Event Viewer to see if any entry there makes a reference to the locking. If
you delete the Account via Control Panel>User Accounts it should delete
properly.
