Whenever I get an IM.. The taskbar pops up, disrupting
just about anything i'm doing.. How can this be fixed? I'd
rather have it like it was in Windows Me.. The taskbar
wouldn't pop up unless I moved the cursor down to the
bottom of the screen, no matter how many windows I had
flashing.
