Microsoft Bluetooth and wireless G

A question for all....I wish to install a router on my
home pc running xp and I already have the Microsoft
optical desktop for bluetooth and would like to know if
this will be affected by installing a wireless G router??
If someone already has this or knows the answer could you
please post...Also does anyone know of a Bluetooth router
that might work with my desktop ??....Thanks as always
