cd lock for win xp home limited account ?

is there a *FREEWARE* program to lock the cd drive (i.e. keeping it from
being opened when you press the button on the cd drive) that'll work for
Windows XP Home Ed. limited account ? I remember having such a program for
my old DOS machines but was wondering if such a program exists for Windows
XP Home (or is compatible with Windows XP Home) ?
