an error keeps on poping up each time i try to go into my
document or my computer. The error that pops up
is "explorer has caused an error in BMEB.DLL. CAN ANYONE
HELP TO SORT IT OUT, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING.

Sounds like you may have some spyware/adware on your Pc
download and install Adaware from here www.lavasoftusa.com

sold. You have no firewall on your system

A simple firewall such as zonealarm would have prevented this.

Search on a search engine for a spybot go to the site and
you can download it. You will be surprised to see how
much spyware is on your machine. This is freeware and
you can send the creators a donation if this works for
you. ( definately read the readme before you do anything
to your registry)this simple software helped me.
Oh get yourself a firewall!
