Can I get the entire service pack thru Windows Update? Or do I have to
visit Microsoft.com to find it?

It's available here
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/sp2preview.mspx but
be warned, it's only in beta testing for later release sometime this year.
It is NOT supported except through newsgroups and when the final version
comes out it cannot be installed over the top of this one. I suggest you
look up usenet posts on the subject first.

http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/default.asp

and download the 'Network installation' on the right. Or you can get it
on CD - down at the bottom is the link to order it. $10 plus S&H IIRC -
