taskbar

I sent this message before and then I think I lost
it. Please excuse the repeat.
When my system was installed (XP Home addition)
the taskbar was at the bottom of desktop some how

or other I managed to transfer it to the left side
of the desktop and cannot seem to get back where it
belongs. I need help.
