Cannot load themes and no screensaver tab in display

Hi

I'd be grateful for some help - when i right click on the
desktop and select "properties" I get the normal window
but it does not display the screensaver tab. Also, when I
try to change the theme, it says that the theme cannot be
loaded.

Any ideas - this is on a clean install of XP with service
pack 1

To get your screensaver tab back, you may download and run the following edit:

Restore desktop and screensaver tabs (line 128, right column)
