InterVideo Win DVD

Hello,

I am having problems with InterVideo WinDVD program. The
root menu is not being displayed on the screen. You can
hear the corresponding audio and the mouse icon changes
when it is placed on an action button. It displays
everything else, but once the DVD menu comes up, the
screen goes black. The DVD plays fine on Real Player,
Windows Media Player, DivX.

My computer came with this software installed on it. It
is about 2 yrs. old. About 6 months ago, this problem
arose. Please help! Thanks!

Reinstall WinDVD. Your PC will have come with the application on a CD.

If you cannot find the CD, you can contact the PC manufacturer who can send
you a replacement (usually at a cost) or you can purchase the program from
www.intervideo.com
