Hi All,
I am using Samsung Camcoder connected Via 1394 port. I was
able to use the camera as WebCam and Now I can not use it.
It shows in Audio Tunning wizard and when I go into WebCam
setting the message comes up "You Cannot change your
camera settings because either your camera is not plugged
in to your computer or you are using it in video
conversation or with another program." I have done the
following checks
Camera is Plugged In
Camera is Turned on
I can see the camera in Explorer & other application
I can see the camera in Audio/Video Tuning Wizard
But Can not use it
NO OTHER APPLICATIONS is using Web Cam
I WAS ABLE TO USE IT AS WEB CAM BACK IN MARCH. After that
I have installed ADSL and Windows XP patches and now I can
not use it.
