My Windows Explorer opens with the folders of C drive displayed, but the Documents and Settings folder is expanded with Start Menu highlighted.
How can I have have all the folders of C drive showing, but without the Documents and Settings folder, or any other folder, expanded?
I am using XP Home

Hi,

Right-click the icon, choose properties. In the target, change it to:
%systemroot%\explorer.exe ,/e,C:

However, if you are doing this by clicking "explore" when right-clicking the
start button, then you cannot change this target. By right-clicking the
start button, you are telling explorer to start at that folder. Use the one
in the program menu instead to customize the way it opens. More details
