M/S Interactive Training

When I open interactive training for xp I receive a
message stating that swflash.ocx file is missing and re-
install it from my cd or network.I was wondering if this
is a crucial flle that does need replacing, or is this
just a file for additional features.I can use the
interactive program but audio only.I found a web site
where I can download the file,if I need to.
