Hi there,

I'm wondering about removing XP and putting Windows 95 on my new PC while I sort out what new software I'm going to need with XP ie. virus protection etc. Does anyone know how to do this?

Cheers

Windows 95 is a huge security risk compared to Windows XP. It doesn't have
the patches and updates that experience has taught Microsoft and the average
user are a necessity. It also has no firewall, unlike XP's basic firewall.
As far as security software is concerned, you don't need to spend a dime to
get great protection. Go to www.grisoft.com and download the free version
of AVG Anti-Virus. Point your browser to www.zonelabs.com and download the
free version of Zone Alarm. Those two applications get you great anti-virus
and firewall software at no cost to you.
