My Win XP machine has four User Accounts. All have
Administrator privileges. For some reason, the most
heavily used account (the account I use to install
programs and updates) has stopped displaying the floppy
drive in 'My Computer'. The other three accounts ARE
showing the floppy drive.
I've used 'Disk Management' to refresh and rescan the
disks to no avail. The problem profile's Device Manager
shows the floppy drive is installed and working properly
and I've actually been able to back up my MS Money file
to A: (it does it by default) but I can't get to A:
under 'My Computer' or 'Windows Explorer' without
switching to one of the other profiles. Any
recommendations?
