emails being returned

I did not make myself very clear in my last post. My
international emails are being returned as NON DELIVERABLE
and the address to which I have sent the email now has MY
ISP. eg. and is returned

Contact your ISP, Mary. Many ISPs today are using very agressive spam =
filtering techniques that are also blocking a lot of valid email.

Comcast.
