We are using Windows Messenger 4.7, with Exchange Server
2000, SP3 (on Windows 2000, SP4) With workstations
running Windows XP, SP1. All of a sudden, after months
of successful operation of IM, clients are getting the
following error message while attempting to either send
or respond to IM messages "The following message could
not be delivered to all recipients". This behavior is
sporadic -- one moment you're able to send an IM message
and the next moment you may not be able to. Any ideas
what could be occurring? Many thanks.
