Trying to connect a Garmin GPS to computer running
Windows XP Home via serial port, and using Streets and
Trips 2002. GPS appears to be recongnized when plugged
into the serial port (found new hardware wizard starts
and searches for drivers, etc.) S&T 2002 only gives the
option to connect to Com Port 2, and the only Com port
available under Hardware is Com 1. Com Ports 2 through
38 are "in use".
How can I get these talking to each other?
Thanks
