View Full Version : XP doesn't recognize keyboard, mouse

June 9th 04, 07:47 PM
I tried to install a new scrolling mouse (Fellows brand).
After rebooting XP doesn't recognize either the mouse or
keyboard. I've tried 2 other mouse (mice?) and keyboards
but no luck. I checked for bent pins, etc. but no change.

Any suggestions?

USB? PS/2? Are the ports known to be good? Do the ports appear correctly
in the Device Manager?

Pins? USB do not have pins that can be bent.
