I want to change some icons on the desktop to icons that
are not available when I select "Change Icon." Is there
a public source for other icons or can I create my own.
When I try to shrink clip art down to icon size, as a
bitmap file, they get distorted so much they are not
usable. Is there a program that allows me to save files
as icons (xxx.ico)so as to retain the original
proportions?
