ntfs.sys page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

[Troubled]

I am recieving the following error.

page_fault_in_nonpaged_area caused by NTFS.Sys Blue
Screen when loading the OS.

I removed all un-needed devices, tested the memory and
hard drive. memory and hard drive tested good!
tried moving the drive to a new Pc and same problem.

The PC will not load the OS in Normal, Safe or Recovery
Console.

Is there any way to run chkdsk or fixmbr on the drive
without booting to windows?
