Am passing present PC "as is" down to my daughter. Found this tweak:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
No. 109, to change registered owner from me to her. Will this also change
the registered name in MS Office, Paint Shop Pro and other programs
registered in my name?

This particular utility is for changing the computer name, as it appears on
a Network. To change the Registered Owner and Organization information,
see www.dougknox.com, Win XP Utilities, Change Owner and Organization.
