no icons no programs on start up

when i start up my laptop...i have no icons or programs. NADA...GRR. Any idea what might be causing this?

Taskbar Is Missing When You Log On to Windows

Your taskbar and desktop icons disappeared?? you can control your computer ONLY
with the task Manager??
dynamic desktop media it's an adware!!

See if you have this task running:-
1) end following process: sysu.exe
2)delete following folder: C:\Programs\ddm
