The following message appears on the scren every time I
am doing the Net.
"NT On-Access Scanner Service. has encountered a problem
and needs to close..."
I recovered my computer many times, but the condition of
it has never gotten
better. Do I need to get it repaired?

There probably isn't anything wrong with your PC, but you should
probably remove and reinstall and McAfee product you may have.
