When ever you decide to uninstall any program, always
check if the program has a uninstall option listed in the
programs location (start, all programs, where ever the
program is listed).some times if you uninstall using
add/remove programs, xp tries to remove the program and
fails due to the fact that the program has a uninstall
option listed in the programs menu, if you have xp
uninstall fail, you then find the uninstall from the
programs menu does not work either, only way i remove the
program then is to goto windows explorer, and delete the
programs dir, then run regedit and remove all traces of
the program, I would not suggest you play around with
regedit unless you are experienced with it, if you decide
to try regedit, I strongly suggest you make a backup of
your registry first.
