Win-XP Pro & AutoComplete

Win_XP Pro. In the regisrty there are 3 lines;
Name Type Data
1. Default Settings REG_S (Value not set)

2. =!7GOT/U) 1@>0> REG_DWORD 0x00000000(0)

3. CR:'%:E75E=Q; REG_DWORD 0x00000000(0)

Is it possible #2 &#3 have Name Settings instead of
being ''000'', this is a Business XP and not suppose to
save forms and passwords? On my Win98 SE autocomplete
worked. Can I delete #2 & #3 to make the AutoComplete fill
forms & save passwords?
