How do you set the front-side-bus speed. Is this done using the cpu speed
setting in the BIOS. The motherboard supports 266MHz front-side-bus and
the processor speed is 1667MHz, but I'm only getting 1250MHz. I was told
to set the FSB in order to get the maximum processor speed. The settings
for the cpu speed are 100/100MHz, 100/133, 133/133, 166/133. Should I
adjust one of these settings.

You need to contact the maker of your motherboard for this information. The
same information will be in the manual that came with the motherboard.

there is a multiplier and FSB

I suggest multiplier of 12.5
FSB 133

if you are getting 1250 I eould think the current setup has
multiplier of 12.5 and FSB of 100

these can be changed in your bios settings
