Keyboard

I have a special keyboard because I am handicapped. I
touch the keyboard with a wand on any character that I
want to type. I have used this keyword for many years on
several computers, but I am having trouble on my new
computer with Windows XP professional. The keyboard is
not recognized on a hard boot. After a hard boot and I
restart the computer the keyboard is recognized.
Apparently for some reason the driver will not load from
a hard boot but will one I restart the computer.

I am perplexed.
